In the next few weeks the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will be taking a day field trip to Kent Park. This is a great experience for all students. Listed below are the activities that your child will take part in.

Prairie restoration Survival Service Project
Prairie Surveying Archery Wetland diversity
Thicket games Service Project Canoeing
Iowa Reptiles Orienteering Enviroscape
Fishing Swimming
We are looking for adult volunteers to help with these events. The responsibility of the volunteer will be supervising students. We need approximately 12-20 volunteers for each grade and we currently have 1-6 at each grade. If you can help please call the office and tell Lauri, or Mr. Bandy that you are willing to volunteer (545-4490). All volunteers must have gone through volunteer training provided by the school district.
